Shipping policy

For orders placed in winter, please note we will siphon 2-4 ml of the ink from your ink bottle into a separate ink sample vial (which will be included in your order), to allow room for expansion if the ink should freeze in transit. While we hate to open your ink this way, it's the best way to reduce the chances of your ink being damaged by the cold. If you are concerned about this, please consider holding off on ordering ink until the weather warms up (above freezing Celcius). We are located in Toronto, Ontario, should you wish to check the weather!

At this time, we are unable to offer flat rates or free shipping to any destinations. As you are checking out, you will be able to see the shipping cost based on the weight and value of your order (for insurance purposes).

Lettermail (untracked, uninsured) is available for some items - you will see this option in the shipping drop-down menu.

TAXES & DUTIES

For US customers, any applicable taxes and duties will be assessed at check-out and presented to you. I use duties pre-paid shipping options for packages going to the USA, so you won't be charged additional fees and this helps ensure your package moves as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
