Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is defective, we will gladly exchange the item at no charge to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, you are encouraged to speak to the manufacturer directly to see what the best solution is.

Orders that are canceled before they are shipped will be refunded for the full amount minus a 10% processing fee. 

If you are dissatisfied with an item for another reason, you can return it within 14 (fourteen) days for a full refund minus the original shipping charges and any applicable fees. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit in return to us.

To be eligible for a full or partial refund (minus shipping charges and any applicable fees), the item must be in the same new condition you received it, unopened, with all original packaging material, and invoice/receipt/proof of purchase. Pens must not have been opened, tested, or used in any way. You may not receive a full refund if the item is not returned to us in the condition you received it in.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain types of items are final sale, like inks, papers, shop-exclusive pens, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
